TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All India Permit Tours Limited is a tour operator based in Wellington, New Zealand specialising in small group, curated, personalised tours to India. 

• To confirm your booking, each person is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of NZ$2,000 / A$2,000.

• All deposit funds are held in a separate bank account.

• Your deposit enables confirmation of the best rates for the 5-star accommodation and to confirm any domestic flight requirements.

• Please be assured that in the event of a major global event (such as the recent Covid-19 pandemic) which precludes international travel, deposits will be refunded.

• If minimum tour numbers are not met, deposits will be refunded in full.

• Tour prices are detailed at the top of each tour page:

  • North India Tour

  • South India Adventure

  • Cuisine North India Delicious Discovery Readers Tour

• A Single Supplement is available for all tours and detailed on each individual tour page

• As previously stated, a non-refundable deposit (NZ$2,000 / A$2,000) is required at the time of booking.

• The final balance payment is required 90 days before each tour commencement date.

• A monthly payment plan is available if desired. Please contact allindiapermittours@gmail.com for more information.

• Final payment is required no less than 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellation Charges:

  • Above 90 days - Full refund of tour fee (if paid), less non-refundable deposit of NZ$2,000 / A$2,000 and any additional tour fees / deposits paid*.​

  • Between 50 - 89 days - 50% refund of tour fee, less non-refundable deposit of NZ$2,000 / A$2,000 and any additional tour fees / deposits paid*.

  • 49 days or less - 100% cancellation charge.

* Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable (such as extra activities requested, domestic flights etc) and any cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges will be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where any liability is incurred for any booking which you cancel, you agree that you are responsible for the amount of that fee or charge.

• Best endeavours are made to provide accurate pricing, but prices are subject to an increase prior to the time you make full payment based on the exchange rate.

• All pricing is correct at the time of quotation. 

• From time to time, changes are needed to be made to the suggested itineraries due to scheduling requirements and accommodation availability. All endeavours are made to limit any changes.

• For your protection, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities.

• All India Permit Tours (AIPT) will always do it's best to ensure that your travel arrangements are satisfactory, however, by confirming your booking you confirm and certify that:

  • In the event of any 'Act of God' conditions causing cancellation of any element of the AIPT, you understand and agree that some elements of the itinerary may not be refundable

  • You are in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the AIPT, given the known parameters of the AIPT (such as the length, time and environmental context)

  • You have taken medical advice on any pre-existing medical conditions, and confirm that it is medically safe for you to participate in the AIPT

  • You acknowledge that there are known risks involved in the AIPT. You fully realise the risks of participating, and fully assume the risks associated with your participation and your wellbeing and safety during and after the AIPT.

  • You understand and acknowledge that the AIPT provides no warranties, regarding your wellbeing and safety.

  • You understand and agree that situations may arise during the AIPT, which may be beyond the immediate control of AIPT.

  • You will participate in the AIPT, in a manner that does not endanger either you or others

  • You agree that to the extent permissible by law, Sarah Meikle and other parties associated with AIPT, have no liability to you whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, (including, but not limited to injury or death) sustained by you during the AIPT.

  • You are aware that no one can guarantee your safety while travelling and you acknowledge you have been strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance, which provides coverage for illnesses or injuries you sustain or experience while travelling

  • You acknowledge that the AIPT may include encounters with wild animals and you further understand and acknowledge that the behaviour of wild animals cannot be predicted or controlled.

  • You are aware that medical facilities while travelling may not be of the quality of medical facilities you experience at home and access to evacuation and/or suitable medical supplies and support may not be as readily available as you are accustomed to.

  • You are voluntarily participating in this trip, and have voluntarily purchased this trip from The Company with the full understanding of these risks.

  • You hereby assume and agree to accept any and all risks to your safety and security during the course of your trip, and you hereby release AIPT and the Releasees from any claims that may arise during the course of your participation in the trip.
